Terms of use
Last updated October 2026
These terms cover your use of velvetrope.agency. Any management work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Velvet Rope, not by this page.
Applying
Sending the form doesn't make you a client and doesn't commit either of us to anything. Work starts only when we've both signed an agreement.
Age
You must be 18 or older to apply. We check age and identity before any work begins.
No promised results
Descriptions on this site explain how we work. They are not a promise of any income or growth, and every page performs differently.
Independence
Velvet Rope is an independent agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fenix International Ltd or any other platform named on this site.
Using the site fairly
Don't submit false details, try to interfere with the site, or copy its content or design without permission.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses arising from its use.
