This policy applies to velvetrope.agency and the application form on it. "Velvet Rope", "we" and "us" mean the agency that runs this site.
What we collect
- The answers you give in the application form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, social handle, OnlyFans link, earnings range, country and your note.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Basic server logs, such as browser type, device, the pages requested and when.
The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we hold it
- To read your application and get back to you.
- To provide our services if you become a client, under a separate signed agreement.
- To answer your questions.
- To keep the site running and secure.
We don't sell your information, and we never share your personal details with fans or post them anywhere.
Who else can see it
The providers that handle our form submissions and email, only as much as they need to do that job, and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to handle your application and keep in touch. If we don't end up working together, ask and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@velvetrope.agency.
Adults only
We only work with people aged 18 and over. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us their details, tell us and we'll delete them.
Security
We take reasonable care with what you send us, but no transfer over the internet is completely secure.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page.
